Each meal is a celebration!  Celebrate the cultivation of food, the life it gives, your body, and the Earth that brings it to life.  


Delighting in food for me was birthed out of a particularly painful time in my life.  After years in my teens suffering from depression and bulimia, I was wooed by the romance of wineries.  This romance led me to learn more about wine in general, which in turn led me to food.  


For a long time, food was an enemy of mine, I hated it and loved it at the same time.  It was the source of all my suffering, or so I thought.  


Healing my relationship with food came through, taking it into my own hands, food that is.  It was not until I started cooking more and more, that I gained more respect for food, its' ability to bind people together, to bring great joy, and to nourish.  

It is my life's mission, to share all that I have learned so that more people are connected to the food they eat and where it comes from. I want to help people realize that food has great power to bring health, but that certain food can also destroy health.  I want to build health and I want to share that with you!
