Cut 1 firm Apple in wedges
Cut 1 White Onion in 1/4-1/2 inch wide wedges
Cut 1 LB Brussel Spouts, each Sprout in half and trim the stem off
Place in a large bowl, drizzle with Olive Oil to coat, add S & P to taste.
*Optional herbs: Thyme, Nutmeg, Lemon Zest
Place on a large baking sheet lined with foil or parchment, disperse evenly.
Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning the pan at 12 minutes.
Look for a golden hue on the Sprouts or pierce with a fork. Enjoy!
